Viewing for the late Mr. James Rodney Wilkes, Jr., will be held two hours prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2019 at Restoration & Faith Ministry.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2019 at Restoration & Faith Ministry, 2114 Wickham Ave, Newport News, Virginia by Pastor Therman R. Leonard.

Interment will be private.
