Mr. James Edward Golden transitioned peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 4, 2019, at the VA. Medical Center in Hampton, VA.

A viewing for the late Mr. James Edward Golden will be held from noon until 5 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2019, at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road Hampton, VA by Dr. Christopher C. Carter, Sr.

Interment will follow at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, VA.

It is the desire of the Golden family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
