Servcies for Mr. Claggion IV will be held noon Monday, March 26, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd. Hampton, VA. by Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr.,

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Chesapeake, VA.

Viewing for Mr. Claggion IV will held from noon until 4:00p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2018 at C.C.Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
