Mr. Iquan McClain

Mr. Iquan McClain son of Ms. Augustine McClain and brother of Ms. Iva, McClain  transitioned Saturday,  December 15, 2018 in Hampton, VA.

Services for Mr. McClain will be held 1:00p.m. Friday, December 28, 2018 at Restoration and Faith Ministries. 2114 Wickham Ave. by Pastor Thurman Leonard.

Iquan Malik McClain was born November 19, 1995. He lived with his grandmother Shirley Wilson on the 1100 block of 28th Street in Newport News, Virginia. Iquan attended Newport News Public Schools and was currently working for Marva Maid Dairy on Chestnut Street in Newport News.

Iquan was preceded in death by his grandmother Rose McClain Lino, his uncle Andrew McClain, his uncle William "Scoota" Harvey, his aunt Cynthia Wilson, his cousin Abdullah McClain, and a very special cousin Dwayne Parker.

Left to cherish his memories is his grandmother Shirley Wilson, and his mother Augustine McClain both of Newport News. One sister Iva McClain of Norfolk, VA. and his fiance' Amil "Kiyah" Griffith. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will all miss him dearly. 

It is the desire of the  McClain  family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

The family of the late Mr. Iquan M. McClain  has entrusted his final care to the staff at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
