Mr. Fernando F. Phillips husband of Mrs. Shani Neal Phillips and son of Mrs. Alice Phillips Mutz transitioned Saturday August 11, 2018 at Franklin Square Hospital. Baltimore, MD.

Services for Mr. Fernando Phillips. Will be held noon Saturday August 25, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd Hampton ,VA. by. Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr., Lifelong friend.

Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.

Viewing for Mr. Phillips will be held from 1:00p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at C. C. Carter Funeral Home, inc. Friday August 24,2018.
