On May 14, 2018 our beloved Daquan Marquise Robinson was suddenly called by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to his eternal resting place. Born November 15, 2001 to Tamika Robinson and Gregory Augburn in Newport News, Virginia.
Daquan attended Hampton High School where he was an honor roll student and JV football player. Anyone who knew Daquan knew his love forplaying football. Daquan was a playful, loving and caring person. Daquan enjoyed playing video games with his friends,
flipping on the trampoline and playing with his faithful dog Polo. He enjoyed riding his moped and was in the process of creating a name for his moped club. We will always remember him for his strong will, hearty laughter and compassionate manner.
Daquan was proceeded in Death by his maternal Grandma Evelyn Robinson, maternal GreatGrandmother Evelyn Hargraves, paternalGreat Grandmother Vernell Reynolds, maternalGrandfather William Augburn paternalGrandfather Samuel Reynolds One brother Oshun Augburn and cousin Emani Jacobs Robinson.
Daquan leaves to cherish his memories to his parents Tamika Robinson and Gregory Augburn (Tamika) grandfather William Studwell. paternal grandparents Pam Reynolds andGregory Augburn (Sheila), paternal great grandmother Lily Augburn, six sisters Shamika, Kanasia, Janelle, Breana, Jazara and Tadisa, three brothers Quameyon, Xiashaw, Tamory, one nephew Zaiden along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Two bestfriends friends Monya and Djore and a very special friend Jalia.
A service celebrating the life of Daquan Robinson will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Refuge Nation Church 3509 Chestnut Ave. Newport News, VA where Rev. Joe Baker is Pastor.
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Viewing for Mr. Robinson held from 2:00p.m. until 4:00p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
