Mother Powell was of the Church Mothers of Gospel Light United Holy Church. Newport News, Va.

Services for Mother Powell will be held noon Saturday, February 3, at Gospel Light United Holy Church. 2614 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA. by Pastor Terry Brown.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Viewing for Mother Powell will be held from noon until 6:00p.m. Friday,
