Min. Eric Bowser Obituary

Lamont Eric Bowser was born January 28, 1971 to Claudette McLean and William Bowser. After many years of illness God call him home Tuesday morning April 3, 2018 at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

He received his education in the Hampton School System in which he graduated in 1990. In 1993, he attended Culinary College in Philadelphia.

He was employed at Langley Commissary and Hampton University. Lamont accepted the Lord as his savior under Pastoralship of Lorraine Morrison, Church of God in Christ. He became a minister in 1997 under the leadership of Bishop William Blackwell Sr. Lamont loved the Lord and he could sing, pray and preach.

He loved his nieces, nephews and other people children. Every payday he would round up the children and take them to the mall on the bus all by himself.

All the children loved uncle Lamont and will miss him dearly. He leaves to cherish his mother Claudette McLean and his father William Bowser; sister Catina Jones (Aaron), and Godsister Letitia Booth as caretaker; special niece Khania Brown as caretaker; brothers James Tillman and Shawn Bowser and very special sister Apostle Latricia Brown (Bishop Ronnie); and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

My life was short but yet powerful to God be the Glory for things he have done.

Services for Mr. Bowser will be held noon Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd. Hampton, VA. by Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr.,

Viewing for Mr. Bowser will be held from noon until 5:00p.m. Tuesday, April 10. 2018 at C.C.Carter Funeral Home. Inc.
