Jamar S. Clarke 34,died Sunday June 29,2014, Left to cherish their memories of Jamar are his parents John Carter Jr., and Diane Clarke and a host of relatives and friends. Services for Mr. Clarke will be held noon Tuesday July 8,2014. at Ivy Baptist Church 50 Maple Ave. Newport News. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
